1 Introduction & Applicability

dht11 (www.dht11.lat) is a reliable online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and dht11.

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2.2 Updating Information

You must notify dht11 immediately if any information in your account changes. Outdated or incorrect information may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

dht11's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

We are committed to protecting minors from online gaming. If there are underage individuals in your household, keep your account credentials secure and follow the guidelines on the Responsible Gaming page.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. dht11 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel.

• Do not share your account details with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
• dht11 recommends using a strong password and changing it regularly.

If unauthorized access to an account is confirmed, dht11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until the investigation is complete.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into dht11: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposits must be made from an account or bank registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Deposited funds are generally credited quickly; if there is a delay, contact the support team.

5.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawing winnings: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used to deposit into the account.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements are met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.

6.3 Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonus abuse (claiming bonuses through multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited.
• dht11 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any irregular activity is suspected.
• dht11 reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions; any changes will be updated on this page.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when betting on dht11:

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
2. Claims based on incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error are not accepted.
3. If your internet connection is lost and the bet is already being processed, it will be considered valid.
4. If suspicious or irregular betting patterns are identified, dht11 will initiate an investigation.
5. If a dispute arises over the outcome of a match or event, dht11's decision will be considered final.
6. References to sports betting markets — such as a Bangladesh vs India match — are used to illustrate common market types; decisions should not be based on any specific match, date, or outcome.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dht11 platform and will result in permanent account closure if they occur:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account for the same person.
• Collaborative Betting: Multiple accounts working together to claim bonuses or generate profit.
• Match Fixing: Involvement in influencing the outcome of any sporting event.
• Chargeback Fraud: Disputing a payment after funds have been withdrawn.
• Software Abuse: Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Platform Attacks: Attempting to hack the system or introduce viruses or malicious code.
• False Information: Providing false information regarding identity, age, or financial details.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to clean funds from illegal sources through dht11.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 By dht11

dht11 may temporarily or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.
• Harmful or abusive conduct.

9.2 By the User

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing the account.

10 Responsible Gaming
